I don't think this is the reason the share price is dropping.  This outcome has been assumed for some time.  In any case it doesn't help and could push the stock even lower towards a new 52 week low.

Not enough volume yet to call "capitulation" on the stock.  Probably what we need though to permit the stock to rise again.

Where is BBD management and PR dept in all this?  Or sorry, there is no PR department.
