looking forward to reading your valuation, Jenny. Pages 47 and 48 explain how many proposals were received (10) and the results of further discussions with interested parties. Other potential buyers obviously valued PXL lower than Maha did. Unlikely that a hostile offer will appear so it's this deal or the bank owning the debt will pull the plug at some point. I'm sure the bank worked overtime trying to find a decent offer just to protect their investment and this is it. So how bad does Maha want PXL ? we'll see in next few trading days as the 10 day voter recognition day before the Oct 7 deadline approaches.
