Buyout price dependent on AEM stock price?
Can someone explain the buyout would work?
' Cayden shareholders will be entitled to receive 0.09 of an Agnico Eagle share and C$0.01 for each Cayden common share.'

If AEM stock price continues to slide could the buyout be much less than the approx 3.79CAD?  Thanks
