RE:$100 million valuationSakinny Yes nice to see a reasonable post. Although when talking about $100 million, isfca was talking about valeant buying the skin lightener for $100 million, ie. writing a cheque to SBM for this amount not having a market cap of $100 million.... Like you say a lot about this stock is theoretical. Almost all actually. But hey it is a speculative stock and people should know that.... Regarding costs of only $2,000,000 that is quite an assumption. The last financials released for the 6 months ended April 30, 2014 showed expenses of $2.3 million so an annual rate of $4.6 so I don't see how $2.0 is possible.... Then to assume that Obagi will generate sales of $240 million is a huge assumption in my opinion. It is simply a hope on your part, and most others here. To simply think that this product will generate $240 million is just a guess. This is a highly competitive industry so it is quite possible that the revenue will be zero. I would say zero is more likely than $240 million... but of course $240 million is possible..... Of course this is a speculative stock and therefore you are taking a risk and with high risk comes higher reward but I think you are making a bunch of very optimistic assumptions... The rest of the investment world knows exactly what you have posted.... If everyone else knows this information then why is the stock still at $0.14?????? This is really the key question. Institutional investors have looked at SBM and I can only assume they have thought the risk outweighs the reward. Furthermore, the company announced a $5.3 million PP yet was unable to fill it. Why???? Obviously these investors looked at it and weren't satisfied with something..... Anyway, bottom line is that I think all you say is possible.... but very unlikely.... I think there are much better companies to invest in.... with better prospects and with management that is more concerned about shareholders.... as I have said in the past, I think management is much more concerned with filling their own pockets with shares, salaries, bonuses, etc.
