RE:RE:Re: oil conferenceSome companies have started tor enegotiate their license terms.For example Chariot recently
renegotiated the terms for their central blocks.They decreased their interest and let in some small
local companies in return for not having to drill during the current work period.According to
Chariot the drilling obligation made it difficult to find farm in partners.
Gazania and Energulf have to drill three wells during 8 years.Not impossible that something similar will happen in 1711 and thats maybe why it takes so long.
