RE:RE:RE:RE:Debt FinancingIf anyone on the board was found to be a little corrupt in his past, that would prevent the gov of qc to do any business with them, they are very sensitive in that regards now, was,nt the case a few years back, but now...
just trying to find out why the no go yet?  And if there was such a case, I,m sure the rest of the board would act accordingly.
