RE:RE:RE:RE:Buyout price dependent on AEM stock price?If CYD SP continues to decline before the voting date - I can see the possibility of many shareholders voting against the takeover... My opinion is that a  .09 exchange rate ( promoted as a $ 3.79 SP equivalance based on
previous moving averages SP data )  -  could end  up being a $ 1 or so lower -( if  AEM's SP continues it's recent decline) ...
My suggestions for any competitive buy-out offers to win-  is to give Cayden Resources shareholders a higher  fixed price per share buyout offer ...
