The price being paid CYD shareholders with the recent AEM price decline is quite simply ridiculous.

I wonder what the "out" clauses are.

These deals begs for renegotiation.

The biggest equity deal the company did was at $4.00 a share a few years back.

I guess management forgot about that one.  The one they used to buy Moreolos Sur, and did nothing with it. But give it away ...
