Unless they are playing with us, it's hard to ignore: - Rodney's comment about shareholders going to be happy in a few months - some insider buying - halt (albeit questionable) - new subsidiary and Skolkovo grant program approval - heavy buying from someone using Citi group without any new reports or news I might be focusing on the wrong things, but I firmly believe good stuff is going on in the background and things will start to take shape before year's end.
