In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:RE:any ideas on underlying reasons for PTA's steady decline ?nice to get a bit of philosophy to start the day. Equal measures of  irony and sarcasm I suppose. I suspect you didn't really want to know my favortie shares but since you asked, the other two I currently hold are BAC which I bought in 2011 at 7.3 (now 17) and Citigroup which I got in 2011 at 29.9  (now 53). I will continue to hold them for a while longer since I think they have room for another 50% appreciation .

I also bought and Facebook at 33 and GE at 15.5 ; sold them but wish i hadn't. My mistake with PTA was to buy on the bounce right after a favorable article but will ride this one until after the expected reverse split and/or buyout;)
