Whoa!!

I do not believe that I said we'd have LOM permit in hand at that time.    I noted that Vic told me that it could be as fast as 6-9 months from the day the completed application process was submitted up to receipt of the actual permit.


Apologies if that was not clear, I'll have to go re-read my post now.
