As a microcap I think most would side with maintaining a tight share structure and waiting for the market to catch up. It will be interesting to see if the organic growth is enough to push this company to the next level.
Point of interest: the CEO purchasee shares (albeit only 4000) in his company after he had been awarded options in April. Make your own conclusions.
