RE:RE:RE:RE:Today's price / financingI would feel a lot more confident if companies like Rio Tinto were making money in Lab City but they aren't. Cliffs closed Wabush and is struggling mightily with Bloom Lake because the op costs are no-where close to those predicted by Consolidated Thompson. IOC has been on the 'for sale' block for a couple of years and no takers because the high wages and low productivity in Labrador are famous. IOC has a lot more reserves at higher grades and operates the rail company but still can't get their costs as low as Alderon is predicting. All this and iron ore has totally lost it's curb appeal. This feels like a good project but not in the current environment.
