Short Interest Ratio / Days-to-cover Ratio

How can we use to profit your knowledge? I bought at 0.54 yesterday to- day I am trying to sell 0.60 I do not know my decision is right or wrong. If any one can explain to use the ratio to short selling and cover ratio. I saw are buying diminishing another short selling going to happen?
