ConfirmationBased on today's activity, one would anticipate the much delayed financing has gone sideways and the closing of V2 and ZDS posponed indefinately.

Somehow, information leaks have a way of making their way to the market.  It looks like the market is speaking clearly, as volumes are much higher than recent daily averages.

Dave, you should not have fired Bev.  She would have had a license agreement in place, yielding current revenue, and have closed V2 long ago.  There would be cash flow and our share price would be trading significantly higher that .155 cents.

Dave, this is insulting to people who have invested hard earned dollars!
