It also focused on rare earth elements exploration, which includes Minore (EL9031 and EL8961).

I said potential!! lol  I agree with you, lots of risk here.  Todays false run up was to attract more bags.

My range is .08-.12 but not even considering it until .12 and will evaluate then.

This has been overvalued way too long and the bottom was bound to let go at some point.
