WEF

WEF

I still like the possibility of a buyout of WEF.... for the following reasons.
1: Value P/E ratio for someone purchasing is going to be very attractive
2: Brookfield is gone... they've prepped the company so they could sell all their shares in the company... wef is attractive acquisition because brookfield has set it up to be.
3: Solid Timber Prices
4: USD/CAD... looking like a major bull market for USD.
5: profit margins vs peers

My only issue is I can't pinpoint who would be interested in it and for what reasons or dissinterested and for what reasons.

Happy to hold WEF as it is but see the buyout potential as the major upside at this point.

All above is my own opinion please do your own due diligence.

Mike
