It is inly speculation but I feel with a roleback we would have been back at 2 to 4 cents in less than a year with only 1 tenth of the shares. The vote went right way as far as I am concerned and stopped them from mining us shareholders. I think yhey are much less likely to blow the money if they have to work for it. IMHO
