The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

And if you average down at 32 33 then you are in at my best price, at least from a weeks back.
34 cents... I did note PAREX was up reasonably today.. so that may give impetus to some kind of rebound in the pricing expectations of colombian oil producers.. maybe not.. In any event. I do not expect news until early October, and at the prices we are at now, its probably not such a bad idea to add or start a position here.. I dont expect a dramatic turnaround to 37 cents or 40 cents over the next few days... opportunity knocks.. sometimes its worth the risk to take the opp...
