Is Rio Alto still shopping?

Some months ago, I asked the question "Which company will Rio Alto buy out?" after Alex Black said they were shopping.  Soon after, the Sulliden deal happened.  At that time, I was hoping it would be either Minera IRL (IRL) in Peru or Atacama Pacific (ATM) in Chile.  They're both huge deposits and are dirt cheap.  Minera IRL may have as much as 5 million oz and Atacama Pacific is 3.73 million oz proven and probable and it is an oxide gold open-pit project, something that Rio Alto has a lot of experience with.  
So what I'm wondering is if Rio Alto is still shopping or are they done for now?
