I suspect that they are having difficulty raisin private placement funds but the good news/bad news released today is the option the Sully is extended an extra year which buys more time. The bads part of that announcement is investors were expecting news that drilling would start once again and that was not in the release, thus the sell off im my opinion. I will give management a call and report back to you guys/gals.
