RE:Is there a back-out option?If there WAS a legal way for CYD to suddenly turn-face and back out of the arrangement, the consequences would be catastrophic! You'd witness an instant blow to mgnt's credibility and a rapid deterioration in market-cap.....just for starters. The stock would become a pariah for institutions, potential joint-venture partners and shareholders alike. Will never happen.
