Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:Stock priceOne way to answer you question is to ask the following questions" 1. Do you believe that IAE will eventually complete the floating facility (say sometime in 2015)? 2. Do you believe that once completed that they will deliver anywhere near the production volumes their tests would indicate they will? 3. Do you believe that Brent crude will sell above $90 per barrel. If your answer is yes to all of the above then I would advise you to wait until when in 2015 all of the above happens because unless there is some sort of Black Swan event that brings the whole market down you will see IAE certainly above $4/share and quite likely above $5. In the meantime all the rest is only noise from traders who want to make more money in the short run (as well they should for the extra effort they put in vs those who are buy and hold investors).
