If you notice hoiuse 36 Latimer is the one droping the price down to .135. 1 trade at .14 is only 75 shares. Seriously they bought 10.40 cents in shares. That doesn't even cover commission fees. ( which they don't pay).. latimer is trying to influence retail investors that don't have level 2. I also screws up analytical software that goes by the days highs and lows.
