Arbutus Biopharma Corporation is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is leveraging its virology expertise to identify and develop novel therapeutics with distinct mechanisms of action, which can potentially be combined to provide a functional cure for patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (cHBV) infection. Its HBV product pipeline includes Imdusiran and AB-101. Imdusiran is its proprietary, conjugated GalNAc, subcutaneously delivered RNAi therapeutic product candidate. AB-101 is an oral PD-L1 inhibitor that has the potential to reawaken patients’ HBV-specific immune response by inhibiting PD-L1. Its pipeline includes two product candidates that target various steps in the HBV viral lifecycle and consists of various programs: RNAi therapeutic (imdusiran, AB-729) and Oral PD-L1 Inhibitor (AB-101). RNAi therapeutics utilize a natural pathway within cells to silence genes by eliminating the disease-causing proteins that they code for.

Wow this guy has faith.

I too have a major part of my portfolio in TKM.......but this is ludicrous to bank on only 1 stock.

Doesn't matter how good it looks right now......I hope he's put a stop -limit order in. :)

No worries, we often are curious about our peers positions and history.

Got to understand however, that money and shares are relative. 1000 shares to one person may be peanuts and to another translate to loss of sleep at night.

It would be a reflection of ones risk tolerance, philosophy on life, financial health, job security, and goals among other factors.

As a background I am practicing internal medicine physician.

I dont prevaricate when saying im all in. In fact all my controllable retirement, and non retirement funds are invested in TKMR.

Ive been in TKMR when it was TKMRF ( you guys remember??) when it was on the pink sheets only. Dirk aka rnai_guru used to be on this board clashing with some dude called Inoseit.

I just followed along but did not have a IV membership then.

My dollar cost average is around 15. I own more thansix hundred thousand dollars worth of TKMR as of now. But remember thats all relative. I own no other stock. Dont feel safe elsewhere. If it cut in half, so be it.

I do feel like this baby is going to hop skip and jump to 50 fairly quick.

Too many outstanding factors are hard to find in a small biotech:

-management
-science
-legal experience
-current need
-future pipeline
-low float
-recognition by the world
-world changing technology
- many many others.
