In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Production NumbersFrom what i was able to gather, in their presentation they say that the Surroco's exit Guidance and Metrics (Presentation slide 6) : US $ 40,000 $ per Flowing Barell (3,200 bopd exit 2014).

And they say total exit target is 7,400. So it doesn't take a genius to understand that we are talking about a PTA stand-alone exit target of  4,200. Taking into account that other block of Pta produce a little bit (let's say 500 bopd), they think their going to exit the year with around 3800 bopd for the LM field. From all other things i was able to gather from Parex and other site, my own estimates of actual LM field is around 4,400-4,500 and should continue to decline for the rest of the year.

Feel free to fill-me-in if you have better estimates.
