RE:Natives with buckets?well documented! Corruption, payoffs..they are the name of the game in Nigeria at all levels but particularly the government and governors of the States, the military and police top staff. Also whatever happened to the Central Bank Governor: that was not even oil he stole, just plain old money. And these guys even pay off Boko Haram so that they leave their States alone!! This is the cost of doing business in the Country. Hell, Goodluck is the member of a mafia style gang. I am sure Nigeria is at the top of the most corrupt country list and has been for years.
As to the pipe, someone said here that they were putting fluids through to test...maybe it sprung its first leak. I am long, so hope not, but again this is Nigeria. Pity the people.
