Canada Carbon Inc. is a Canada-based junior natural resource company focused on the acquisition and exploration of natural resource properties. It holds a 100% interest in two graphite properties located in Quebec: The Miller Graphite Project and Asbury Graphite Project. The Miller Graphite Property is located in Grenville Sur la Rouge, Quebec. The Miller hydrothermal lump-vein historical graphite mine and surrounding property cover approximately 100 square kilometers (km2) and is located 80 kilometers (km) west of Montreal in the Grenville Township. The Asbury Graphite Project is made up of two claims for a total of 119 hectares (ha). It is located 8.1km northeast of Notre-Dame-Du-Laus in the Laurentides Region of southern Quebec.

Well as much as everyone likes to postulate ideas (most of them poor an uninformed on this board) I would like to venture an opinion.

Pinetree, while no longer listed as an insider was a large warrant holder. It was around this time last year that they liquidated their position (and helped depress the SP at the same time). I have a sneaking suspicion that they have been excercising their warrants and immediately selling them. I'm not particulary surprised considering their last quarters financials (0.02 EPS for those wondering) so they may just be looking to lock in profits wherever they can and increase cash to service their current debenture offering.


My 2 cents, I'm no expert in these matters and know little in the ways of finance...
