In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Petroamerica's partners in Block 7 are a sub division of Barclays London and I'm positive these guys have decent lawyers and know what they're doing !!
just a distraction & I'm glad management addressed this issue !
company is very cheap and undervalued & will rebound, just needs some time. Unfortunately the wait is painful, but that's how it's going to work ! This will most probably be a 500 million dollar company by end of 2015. We need to get more good results from these next 7 wells and pass the 10,000 boepd and we will be a half a billion dollar company !!
of course assuming no further collapse in Oil prices !!!
Im long PTA, added more yesterday & will continue to add more at these levels !! I wish I had 250 mill in my bank account and I would've bought the whole dam* company !!!
