Potential Lawsuit?I believe some of you may have contacted Nicholas already, but if not here's a quick summary: His firm has experience with these types of cases (namely Sino), he's currently digging in and doing some research. In order to officially launch a lawsuit he would need a few people to step forward and act as representatives for the claim (the plaintiffs).......once the ball is rolling, other could join, or opt out.
