The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. You guys are here asking the same question week after week.
Why is PTA so cheap??? Why is PTA so cheap??? Why is PTA so cheap???
Like it is some kind of big mystery LOL.

CF is only good if you have the P2 reserves to back it up.
PTA P2 is only 10 million and we had to issue 200+ million shares (Sunoro buy) to get there.

For example GTE has a 2P of more than 100 million.

I don't see why this is so hard to understand?

For PTA to have a real increase (not hype driven via Value Digger) we need to find more oil.
That is why the next 6 months are going to be very important for us.
