New question

New question
While I have been reading this board for a couple weeks, apparently you need to get a secret handshake to get an answer or opinion on a simple question. While some here post same arguments day after day, I have yet to see one post simply state the obvious, that the selling is mostly from shareholders who received stock at the buyout. And, before anyone gets their panties in a bundle, I am long and simply wondering why the obvious is never stated. Oddly, some have mentioned the poor energy market, which makes sense. I have no agenda as I see some do. I was a broker for 20 years, although never touched and O&G nor gold/silver play. So catching up some. Seem to be knowledgeable people on this board, but apparently one needs to plead his case to get an answer. Was there stock involved or cash or both. As an ex broker I know the mentality that many take and selling after stock hits the acct. is a simple commission play. Look forward to an answer from someone in the know. TIA T
