Necessary for Holders to be Tested to Breaking Point

Necessary for Holders to be Tested to Breaking Point
It does seem to be a repeating pattern that holders of a significantly undervalued stock in an out of favour sector will have their resolve tested to the limit.

Easy money is very difficult to find in any walk of life these days, the value growth investor has be able to both be right and then to sit tight.  The sitting tight is the particulalry difficult requirement.  Two factors will ultimately drive up the price, these being the inexorable approach of GSA first oil and the inability of the market to shake out any more holders.

The shake out process is both at its most severe right now, but also in its death throes.

Surviving this phase will earn holders the right to reap the gains.

All the best.

Doug
