RE:Some insider buyingLooks like they've bonused out an employee to buy a small number of shares in order to generate increased confidence in the stock. If an employee wanted real skin in the game, they'd take out a larger equity position at this price. This smells like an attempt to generate speculative buys. Management are very poor in the area of behavioral economics. As pilots are fond of saying, PTA will be "riding the slide" until early next year. Too bad when good resources are managed by incompetent teams.
