Judge Recinds Temporary Aquifer PermitGood luck to the longs that remain. I am moving on. Read judgement below. But Jugde expalins her reasons for recinding water permit. I think they are more than a few "minor" issues in my opinion. Again I wish longterm holders all the best after all these years of delays.

RECOMMENDED ORDER
Based on the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that Appellants the Town of Florence,
SWVP-GTIS MR, LLC, Johnson Utilities, LLC, and Pulte Home Corporation’s appeal is
sustained in part.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Temporary APP No. P-106360 is rescinded.
In the event of certification of the Administrative Law Judge Decision by the
Director of the Office of Administrative Hearings, the effective date of the Order will be
five days from the date of that certification.
