In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:RE:bearUS Economy is built on FED QE. QE keeps interest rates low allowing for all kind of excesses e.g. subprime auto loans, Corporations getting cheap debt to buy back large quantities of shares  (one of the key engines of the current bull market) which creates the wealth effect.
Look at all the junk debt the shale companies have piled up. Their balance sheets are really leveraged. If interest rates were not at these levels they would not be able afford it.

It is interesteing that Oil price recovered today but PTA closed at its lows. Not a good sign short term for PTA...
