RE:RE:researching this companyNobody knows nor should they know about contracts other than the company.
All we can do is SPECULATE by what we've been given from past and present information.
The companies been working with two Chinese cell manufacturers in China and Rice University and the Lab at Kodak.They have added fraunhofer institute to the mix as they have a pristine record for innovation and they like what they see.

They're tweaking the equipment to best of breed, and at the same time working with the Chinese.
It takes time, commitment and trust dealing with the Chinese and as stated by the CEO, the legal part of the process is in the hands of the lawyers.
