That was a member of the board of directors selling. That was a big problem last time which a lot of us ignored. I have seen a transaction by stephen to buy shares, I have not seen any selling by the board this time around. It is most likely a large share holder who is rebalancing their portfolio due to market conditions.

If it turns out this is a member of the board selling. I would be concerned.
