RE:RE:RE:AND.........From the MD&A for the quarter ending on June 30, 2014: "If the Company is unable to operate profitably during future periods, and is not successful in obtaining additional financing, the Company could be forced to cease"

But NFR has no debt.  Why would it ever go out of business?  Why would it ever "cease"? 

If NFR runs out of cash to explore, couldn't it just suspend or hibernate until better times come along?

I just wonder what risk shareholders face.  I do not see how NFR is as worthless as its share price indicates.  All I see is upside.
