Can someone shed a little light on the seizure of asset's process, how long does this usally take  and will stans settle for an amount less then what is awarded given their (KR) ability to pay. As a long time share holder I refulse to accept anything less then the arbitration amount, and does anyones still believe a settlement between the two parties to start up operations in the KR is still possible.
