At $36 netback (all in cost, interest and taxes) per barrel for PTA + $29.5 netback (all in cost, interest and taxes) per barrel for Suroco, NPV (10%) of 2P equals $0.40 per share.

At 2x actual EBITDA, PPS equals $0.44

Look at cash flow multiples, it is ridiculous.

At $43.000 per flowing barrel, PPS equals $0.44. remember we take out suroco at $40.000 per flowing barrel and PAREX is trading at $57.000 per flowing barrel.

If they get to 20.000 boepd in about 5 years, we are talking of a billion dollar company. Do the maths.

Todays price doesn't reflect the current fundamentals of this company....belive in my reverted head and shoulders!

You have to be crazy to sell at this level.
