I'm in agreement with you, Hege.  I think a takeover in 2015 in a very probable scenario and I personnaly hope it doesn't happen (I would much rather exit 2016).

On an other note, I honeslty do not care if SP drops to 0.10 as long as guidance stays the course and earnings are not missed.  It's a venture stock, it's bound to fluctuate a lot.  Keep your head above water, don't be emotional and make sure your investement reflect your risk tolerance/investement horizon.

If your horizon is less than a year, I would encourage you to avoid PTA and rotate out of energy sector alltogheter.
