Not sure exactly how to take this. Assuming that the "raft of items" he is referring to are positive news and are expected to move up the SP, then two things arise: first, shareholders should expect to be rewarded for their inordinate patience. Second, I wonder how management expects to be perceived by the public by sitting on this raft of information. On the latter point, securities law requires these guys to disclose material changes as soon as practicable. As a rule of thumb, all changes affecting the business, capital or operations that are, in turn, expected to have a significant effect on the SP require disclosure. If management is sitting on news that should be publically disclosed, then I see this as a problem. We have been in the dark for way too long.
