In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:As prices get cheaper here... and we dont know for how long.I m on the same page... the US for the most part has a reasonable amount of higher cost or marginal production.. Gas is a different story.. although a warm winter will likely change it.
Big story for me here, is that I would be ok with merging with another much larger entity,
as we would likely get instant revaluation to where most want to be.. There is no 10 percent
holder as I can see... However, if a vetra or another company in the region shows interest,
it might get interesting... I think the oil correction is over done... Long term means nothing 
to some of us... as most of the longer term people been here for 2 years or more.... I did
buy more today... didnt think I would get that price... Im actually waiting for a reversal in
sentiment on oil.. As the middle east seems to be getting significantly worse than better...
Sooner or later, large money will wake up to that fact...
