In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Petroamerica was higher multiple than Suroco. now back down to lower than Suroco's.

In this case the underlying facts didn't change. No operatorship was attained, no operated properties were acquired, SRN brought an impaired balance sheet for PTA to absorb, along with an intermittent production base.

You're right - that acquistion value change may work. But it also doesn't at times.
