RE:Acumen CapitalIt's probably more to do with the AGM, as  Acumen began buying shortly after the AGM which was in late August.
Perhaps some attendee had good sniffers.
As far as I know, Rpt has the only processing plant in the Magallenes basin....there are a couple of others in the Aystral basin of Argentina.
Rpt plant processes exclusively offshore gas from the FV field jointly held by Sipetrol and YPF.
That gas is I believe piped across the border to Sipetrols facilities.
Sipetrol Argentina produces only 5000-6000 boepd in Argentina but has several other offshore concessions in that Area and its Chilean Parent across the border has had two recent Magalkenes discoveries.
With Arpetrols FV having probable recoverables of about 14 million boe which would double Sipetrols Argentinian production and with two other very prospective concessions along with a strategic gas plant, a swap or joint venture would make a lot of sense.
