In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Have a friend in the hedge fund world (don't we all).  A month ago he was sitting at 40+% cash - now he is trying to spend it all.  He isn't buying guys like PTA, but if you are looking at returns over the next 9 mos (past the QE roll back by the US) their perspective is commodities will rally again...

Hold on to your hats for a bumpy tax loss season (I am guessing has already started), but H12015 could be rewarding...
