where will tck bottom out, or is this just the Sept/Oct downturn?

I just return from LA and watched the activities in the Port of San Pedro, which was extremly busy with unloading container.
While teck is very unloved by the investment community, production of goods with the USA economy recovering must also mean base metals, mineral etc must also be in demand.
