not really sure what the market is looking at,they have a book value of a dollar, they have reached commercial production which is 25k t a month, they have another higher grade phosate mine ready for production in a year, they have a niobium mine valued at over a billion dollars, current market cap is only 25million,seems like a steal at these levels to me
CORRECTION: they have not achieved commercial production. As per their September 24 news release, they expect "
to achieve commercial production in the coming weeks". And I'm not really sure that they will ever get anything close to a billion dollars for their other (2) assets. Also based on their track record, I would NOT bank on production out of their phosphate mine in a year.
Like you, I remain of the view that they are trading far far below their intrinsic value. The company just needs to keep updating shareholders about progress of Itafos, especially in light of the volumes we've been seeing.
