will not / can not response

will not / can not response1. Currently HBK is a penny stock - so 95% of brokerages can not touch it.
2. Not sure about "can't touch it until it commences operating/selling".
3. Whilst I think the milestone of first load, of commencing operation is GREAT, and critical and augurs well for the stock, and a strong lift in price - i dont think a brokerage house hits a green light on a first shipment.
4. Most prudent investors want to see demonstrable, proven, consistent performance - investing after 1 year of shipping (market entry!) is early.  Some would wait 3-5 years.
5. The disconnect is that Vic and team want to get rewarded fo rtheir excellent development efforts - but they need operating runs on the board for a while (i reckon a multi-year period) - before either a buyount - or serious shareholders come in.  Institutions wont touch this - its a $25M Mcap.

That's a view.

Not to say there is not a lot of retail interest, or some funds that take positions in more speculative investments, or some "big dicks" who can buy $500,000 - $1M of the stock and have the patience and the tolerance for 2-3 years and the stock goes x10.

I think this is viable, I think a lot of money is going to get made on this project/company - i just dont think you will see a stampede from montreal, vancouver, toronto houses just because10,000 tons of material has been put on the first barge.

It will be an excellent milestone, and the stock can only climb - probably driven more by retailers /stock-houses like me, in the shorter term.

The aggman's two cents.
